BEADS! BEADS! BEADS! BEADS! Always looking to feed the artist's soul, I dabbled in a little pottery, polymer clay, drawing, watercolors and eventually lampwork. I was introduced to Lampwork in September 2005 and quickly became addicted! I zeroed in on this artform and immersed myself in all things glass. This new passion has helped me focus my energy and efforts in the creation of artisan beads and jewelry in different mediums such as glass, polymer clay and, at times, ceramics. Jewelry came later as I began to collect quite a few beadies. In 2007 I decided to take the BIG leap and become a full time artist. I figured it was time to do so since every time I had to leave for work, I would feel such a heaviness in my heart because I couldn't be in my studio. Car colors became moretti or lauscha colors, clocks became bead designs. I find inspiration everywhere: the carpet at the airport, fabric swatches, nature books, world art. The possibilities are endless! I hope that you enjoy my designs and creations and that they bring a smile to your day.
